Overview

I previously worked as a PHP developer on the Eventfinda platform, an innovative solution for discovering and promoting events across New Zealand. Eventfinda combines event discovery with an in-house ticketing platform, offering a range of event categories like concerts, festivals, and performing arts. The platform also provides powerful marketing tools, such as targeted email campaigns and ticketholder communications, tailored for event promoters.During my time on the project, I contributed to the development of the backend, focusing on performance optimizations, seamless integration of event listings, and enhancing ticketing and marketing features. My work helped improve the overall user experience and ensure the platform continued to serve as a trusted resource for event discovery and management in New Zealand.
